What these terms cover

These terms apply to purchases of Garage Slab Kit (GSK) kits made in the online store. By placing an order, you accept them.

Our Store Policy is part of these terms. It describes payment, delivery, pickup, storage, cancellation, refunds and warranty.

ISO-SLAB custom projects and any other sale on quotation are governed by the quote and contract specific to each project.

Products

• The contents of each kit are those described on its product page.

• Kit dimensions are measured to the outside of the insulation, not to the concrete. For example, a 24 ft x 24 ft kit gives a 23 ft 6 in x 23 ft 6 in concrete slab.

• Concrete, rebar or welded wire mesh and the clean stone base are not included. They are bought locally.

• The system includes an engineering calculation adapted to its construction method. A custom engineering plan for your project is also available.

• Photos and illustrations are for reference only.

Prices

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

• The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Ordering and payment

Full payment is made online when you place your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including the delivery address.

Promotions

A promotion or promo code applies under the conditions announced with the offer: products covered, dates, and whether it can be combined with another discount.

Your responsibilities

It is up to you:

• to make sure the selected format suits your project;

• to obtain the permits required by your municipality;

• to install the kit according to the instructions provided by ISO-SLAB and the engineering calculation.

Liability

We stand behind the products we sell according to the warranties provided by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable:

• for damage caused by an installation that does not follow the instructions provided or the engineering calculation, or by a modification of the components;

• for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or a job site delay.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including toward a consumer.

Personal information

The information you give us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase.
