Store Policy

This policy applies to purchases made in the iso-slab.com online store, operated by ISO-SLAB Inc. ("ISO-SLAB", "we" or "us"). It is part of our Terms of Sale.

Payment

Full payment is made online when you place your order, through our payment provider. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes.

Delivery or pickup

At checkout, you choose:

• free pickup at our plant in Wakefield, Quebec, by you or by the carrier of your choice;

• or delivery to your job site, with the cost calculated at that time.

We then contact you to set the delivery or pickup date.

Taking possession and storage

The kit is your responsibility as soon as you take possession of it, at delivery or pickup.

If your site is not ready on the agreed date, you still take possession of the kit and store it until you pour. The components are designed to be installed outdoors and can be stored outside.

Damage or missing parts

Inspect your kit at delivery or pickup. Report any damage or missing part to [email protected] upon receipt, with photos and your order number. We review every report and get back to you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order as long as the kit has not been delivered or picked up. We then refund the amount paid, less the transaction fees kept by our payment provider, which we do not recover on a refund. We tell you the amount of these fees before the refund.

If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver your kit, or to make it available for pickup, on the agreed date, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, transaction fees included.

Warranty

The warranties provided by law apply to our products. To report a problem, write to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
