REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless the product is defective or a mistake was made on our part. Any damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. No refund will be granted after the product has been used, installed, or mixed. Returns (if accepted) must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries are handled by a designated carrier. The customer authorizes the carrier to leave packages without signature. GARAGE SLAB Kit is not responsible for delays, loss or theft after shipping. Additional fees may apply in case of delivery issues (incorrect address, absence, etc.).

WARRANTY POLICY

Our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Exclusions include: damage caused by improper installation or handling, environmental conditions (moisture, freezing, extreme heat), use on unprepared surfaces, UV yellowing. Liability is limited to product replacement. No refunds will be issued.
